Rachel Turnbull is Managing Director of Resolis and Non-Executive Director of a social housing organisation, Karbon Homes, bringing over 20 years of financial and operational expertise at board level.

Rachel’s career spans some of the most complex and high-profile organisations in infrastructure, finance, and public services. Prior to her current role, she led on healthcare asset commercial investment at Semperian PPP Capital Partners, served as CFO at GBB, a challenger bank start-up, and held a Investment Director position at InfraRed Capital Partners, where she sat on over 30 investment project boards, driving returns and delivery roadmaps. She also served as Chief Executive — and previously Chief Financial Officer — of the largest PPP infrastructure project in the North of England.

Earlier in her career, Rachel held senior finance positions across a diverse range of organisations, including social housing provider Home Group, building services firm Mowlem, global manufacturer ABB, and Royal Mail — demonstrating a breadth of experience that spans regulated industries, major corporates, and mission-driven organisations alike.

Rachel is educated and credentialed to the highest level in her field. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Finance from Northumbria University, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Fellow Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors.
