Solutions to project challenges are born out of conversations, connections and building understanding. There is a vast amount of knowledge, expertise and innovation already happening at the project level – our role is to help share this by creating member forums.

Bringing diverse member organisations together means that we won’t always agree. But our forums are designed to encourage open and honest discussion where we step away from our individual and organisational perspectives to find ways forward with the project and end user at the heart of our recommendations.

There is no cost for the public sector to join GCOP and standard membership for private sector organisations is £15,000 + vat per annum. We do offer reduced rates for SMEs and sole traders – please contact us for more details.
All members have unlimited access to our webinar conversations, three places at our face-to-face annual meeting in June and one place at our local meetings, expiry roadshows and steering groups.
GCOP began operating in October 2025 and for its first year will be focused on UK and Ireland memberships. From 2027 we will be moving into North America and with plans to open an Australian branch in 2028. However, we started sharing global best practice from our first webinar and engaging with the interntional market is an important part of delivering our mission.
