Sarah brings a wealth of PFI experience, having been actively involved at every stage of the project lifecycle—from inception, bidding, and financial close, through mobilisation and steady-state service delivery, right up to contract expiry. As a lawyer dual-qualified in Scotland, England, and Wales, she has provided expert advice to clients across the PFI landscape, including the public sector, SPVs, funders, and subcontractors. Sarah now leads Equans’ PFI Commercial Team, managing a portfolio of nearly 100 PFI projects spanning a wide range of sectors including healthcare, education, emergency services, and government facilities.
