A PPP specialist with over 20 years’ experience gained working across a wide variety of social infrastructure projects, both in construction and operations. Kevin joined Kajima in 2013, taking overall responsibility for Kajima’s PPP Asset Management team in 2018 before joining the board of Kajima Partnerships as Operations Director in 2024. Kevin now heads up all of the company’s operational and social infrastructure PPP activities, including oversight of operational asset management across the business and its subsidiaries, new business in the social infrastructure sector and secondary market activity.
